Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important Note for 3D Printed Products
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight imperfections may occur and are considered normal. These do not qualify as defects.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order 3D printed items
- Personalized or commissioned designs
- Final sale items (including discounted, clearance, or marked “Final Sale” products)
- Gift cards
All Final Sale items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as Final Sale, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
